Troy Arts Council Awards Scholarship

Lizzie Orlofsky is the recipient of the 2015 Troy Arts Council Scholarship. The scholarship award was presented to the Charles Henderson High School senior Tuesday by Ruth Walker, TAC president, left, and Pat Duke, TAC scholarship chair.
